Steve Bolan, Business Transformation Coordinator
Lincolnshire Improvements & Efficiency PartnershipLincoln began by making impressive improvements to their Disabled Facilities Grants service, improving the coordination of community health and council services and producing a redesigned service that is 89% faster and which has reduced the need for (and cost of) numerous local social and health services, including acute admissions. They estimate they may have saved £1.5 million a year just from the prevention of too early care home admissions. Now they've learned how to do it they are carrying the same methodology on to other services. "When you see the difference it makes to lives you want to stand up and say this should be done everywhere. When you see the difference it makes to budgets you realise it really can be."
The venue is the beautiful 4 star Norton House Hotel & Spa located just outside Edinburgh near the junction of the M8 and M9, just 2 miles from Edinburgh airport and 6 miles from Haymarket train station. There is ample free onsite parking and a full cooked breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
Friday 30th March, 9.15am to 12pm
Places at the event are charged at £45 (£54 including VAT) per delegate
