Process Mapping and Analysis for Performance Improvementdemonstrates how leaders can change the way they manage their organisations using the systems thinking approach to achieve massive performance improvement. Participants will learn the skills of understanding their capability from a customer’s perspective which will allow them to identify and remove waste.

Our Fundamentals of Systems Thinking workshop is currently only available in-house. This is because participants on this workshop are required to focus on, and analyse, their own organisation’s current performance management and measures.
