1. An Introduction to Systems Thinking and Process Mapping
Process Mapping and Analysis for Performance Improvementdemonstrates how leaders can change the way they manage their organisations using the Systems Thinking management approach to achieve massive performance improvement. Participants will be introduced to basic Systems Thinking principles and learn the skills of understanding their capability from a customer’s perspective which will allow them to identify and remove waste.
