Azmi Basir
Azmi is an experienced professional working in public and private sector services. He worked for world class organisations including Singapore Airlines and the Four Seasons Hotel Group. At Hertz Asia Pacific he managed the call centre for the South East Asia region.
Azmi gained a 1st Class Honours in Business Management from the University of St Andrews. His dissertation research was conducted in a call centre into the ‘unintended consequences of targets’.
He worked in local government in Scotland applying the Vanguard methodology after completing his studies. Azmi joined Vanguard Scotland in 2007.
